Customer service took way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, they weren’t much help. What really annoyed me was having to explain the same thing over and over like nobody was actually reading what I’d already said. Frustrating experience overall

I ordered a few specific fragrances from demeterfragrance, but when my package arrived, two of the bottles were not the scents I chose. The frustrating part is that the packing slip actually listed my correct selections, so it seems like the wrong items were just packed in the box. I emailed customer service about it, but it took longer than expected to get a response. At this point I’m disappointed and feel like I had to push the issue just to get it looked at. I paid for specific scents and didn’t receive them, so unless this gets handled properly, I probably won’t be ordering again.

I wanted to like this, but the smell was just weird to me?? It came across kind of cheap and stale, not fresh or nice like I thought it would be. It also faded in a strange way. I wouldn’t get it again.

I do like how simple the bottle is, and it’s comfortable to hold, which is what matters most day to day. The cap worked fine too, and I didn’t have any issues with leaking, so functionally it does the job. For my taste, though, the design feels a bit too basic. The label is kind of plain and doesn’t really stand out on my shelf. I’d probably like it more if it had a little more personality or style to it.

My package showed up late, which was already kinda annoying, but the tracking was barely updating the whole time too. I kept checking and it just didnt really tell me what was going on.

I really wanted to love these because the scents are actually fun and cute at first. Like, I sprayed one and thought, okay, this is nice! But then 20 minutes later it was basically gone on me. I even tried using more, and still nothing really stuck around. For the price, it’s kind of frustrating. I don’t expect it to last forever, but I also don’t want to be respraying all day like it’s a full-time job. Maybe they work better for other people, but for me it was a letdown. I won’t be ordering again.

I had a weirdly fun time just scrolling through all the scent options because some of them are so unusual, like I kept thinking, wait, what would that even smell like? The one I ended up getting is actually close to the description, which was a nice surprise. I do like wearing it, it’s fun and different and kind of makes me want to keep sniffing my wrist, but on me it fades faster than I hoped. Not a bad buy at all, I just wish it lasted a bit longer, especially for the price...

My Demeter order actually showed up packed better than I thought it would. the bottles were wrapped up really well and nothing leaked, which was my biggest concern. The box had a dent on one side, but everything inside was totally fine. Not fancy or anything, but it did the job. 4 stars from me.

It settles really soft, which I liked right away. I didn’t expect it to hold up for so long, but it lasts better than I thought. For the everyday use, it’s been a nice surprise.

I was hoping this would be fine for my skin, but it started making me itchy fast. i’m kind of tired of trying products that claim to be gentle and then dealing with the same irritation afterward. If you have sensitive skin, I’d probably skip this one

I've ordered this same one a few times now, and unless my nose is totally fooling me, every bottle has smelled just like the last. I kept wondering if I'd notice some weird batch difference, but so far it’s been really consistent

I ended up waiting quite a while for my refund, which was frustrating. I kept checking my bank app during lunch and even once while standing in line for coffee, and it still hadn’t shown up. It did eventually come through, but the whole process felt much slower than it should’ve been.

I used to come here specifically for my signature scent, but lately it’s just never available. Every time I check, it’s either sold out or not even listed. whoever runs this needs to figure it out, because that was the whole reason I kept coming back. At this point, I don’t really see much reason to order anything else

I really liked the sample and discovery options because it made it way easier to figure out what I actually wanted. A few of the scents were kind of hit or miss for me, but overall it was the fun experience and I’d probably try more again

i mean, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but I ordered a few scents and they ended up being way closer to the real thing than I thought. The rain one actually smells like wet pavement after a storm, not just some generic fresh scent. It’s simple, a little weird in a fun way, and cool. Shipping was normal too, no problems there. I’d definitely buy again just to try more of the unusual ones.

I was a bit confused by the promo. The offer made it seem like one thing, but then the email said something else, so I wasn’t really sure what I was actually getting. It felt a little misleading and kind of frustrating.

I ordered from Demeter because I thought the scents would be quirky and different, and at first I was kind of excited to try them. But they didn’t really feel like actual perfumes to me. A couple smelled more like cheap room spray, and the novelty wore off fast. After a few minutes, some just faded or turned kind of odd on my skin. I wanted something unique, but it ended up feeling a little gimmicky, and I’m not totally convinced the quality is there. Not really worth it for me.

Got my Demeter bottle and I’ve got to blame whoever runs this for actually getting the sprayer right. It gives a nice, even mist, hasn’t leaked in my bag, and it hasn’t done that annoying sticking thing so far. Simple, but it works exactly how it’s supposed to.
